No Bake Creamy Chocolate Cheesecake

Homemade graham cracker crust topped with filling prepared from melted chocolate, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, eggs and whipping cream.

Ingredients -

1-1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 cup melted Butter
1 cup Chocolate Chips, melted
2 (3 ounces) packages Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs, separated
1 cup whipped Whipping Cream
1/4 cup Sugar

 
Preparation:

1. Add graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to small bowl. Stir with fork to combine.

2. Press crumb mixture into bottom of sides and bottom of 9-inch glass pie pan.

3. Add melted chocolate, cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla extract and salt to medium mixing bowl.

4. Beat with electric hand mixer until smooth.

5. Beat in yolks one at a time, mixing well after each.

6. Beat until smooth.

7. In separate bowl, beat egg whites with 1/4 cup sugar.

8. Stir in the whipped cream and beaten egg whites.

9. Pour filling over prepared pie crust and refrigerate several hours.

 



Cheesecake Making Tips -
Whipping Cream

Whipping cream, heavy chipping cream and heavy cream refer to the same product. The high milk fat (36-40%) gives the cream great flavor and stability. For best results, chill your whisk and the mixing bowl in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before whipping cream.
