1. Add graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to small bowl. Stir with fork to combine.
2. Press crumb mixture into bottom of sides and bottom of 9-inch glass pie pan.
3. Add melted chocolate, cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla extract and salt to medium mixing bowl.
4. Beat with electric hand mixer until smooth.
5. Beat in yolks one at a time, mixing well after each.
6. Beat until smooth.
7. In separate bowl, beat egg whites with 1/4 cup sugar.
8. Stir in the whipped cream and beaten egg whites.
9. Pour filling over prepared pie crust and refrigerate several hours.
