Lemonade Cheesecake

Filling prepared from fat-free cream cheese, lemonade soft drink mix, milk and frozen whipped topping. Mixture is spooned into ready-made crust and chilled.

Ingredients -
1 (8 ounces) package Fat-Free Cream Cheese, softened
1 teaspoon Lemonade Flavor Low Calorie Soft Drink Mix
1/4 cup cold Fat-Free Milk
1 (8 ounces) container Whipped Topping, thawed
1 (9 inch) ready-made Reduced-Fat Graham Cracker Crumb crust
 
Preparation:

1. Beat cream cheese and drink mix in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended and smooth. Gradually add milk, mixing until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.

2. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Garnish with fruit, if desired.

Cream cheese is soft, tangy, cow’s milk cheese with a high fat content of nearly 90%. Fat-free cream cheese is produced from skim milk and contains zero grams of fat.
