Sour Cream
Sour cream is a white colored, thick cultured light cream with a bright flavor. Sour cream has a milk fat content of around 18%. Sour cream adds a tangy flavor to baked goods, and for best
results should not be substituted in baking recipes with non-fat sour cream or low-fat sour cream.
