Easy No Bake Cheesecake

Cream cheese, cool whip, sugar, vanilla extract, and fresh lemon juice combined and poured into ready-made graham cracker crust. Cheesecake is chilled for several hours or overnight before serving.
Ingredients -
1 (8 ounces) package Cream Cheese
1 container Cool Whip
1 cup powdered Sugar
2 tablespoons Vanilla Extract
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
Graham Cracker Crust
 
Preparation:

1. Mix first five ingredients together and pour into crust. Add topping if you like.

2. Chill for one to two hours and eat.

 



Cheesecake Making Tips -
Pure Vanilla Extract

In the States, pure vanilla extract is regulated by the FDA. Pure vanilla extract producers must label their products as being “pure”, meeting specific guidelines, one of which is the level of alcohol must exceed 35%. The alcohol burns off during baking or cooking.
